"What's the big deal"

Water is very important for our everyday lives, it makes up 70% of the earths surface 96.5% of that 70% is salt water making up our oceans. The actual water that supplies all life on earth is the remaining 3.5% or maybe even less.

"Why should I care"

This issue is very serious and we need to do something because its already facing billions of people in many cities and rural areas around the world and what are we going to do when all the water is gone.

"What do you want me to do?"

No long showers: A lot of water is being waisted when we take long showers eventually we are going to be charged for using so much of it, 5-10 min shower is a good way to save your pockets and the water that we all need to survive.

No need to keep the sprinklers on: grass doesn't need to be water or long periods of time overtime we do this we are waisting water and money.

Turn of the faucet: When your brushing your teeth or washing your hands don't let the water stay on  each time we don't pay attention to are careless ways we are loosing unnecessary amounts of drinking water. What are we going to do when we run out because we can't drink sea water.

These changes in everyone everyday lives will make a big difference, because once the water gone then what?

What I learned

This project and the research that I did I learned a lot about California drought, things that I never really thought about, little things that I chose to ignore  is backfiring and California and the rest of the United States is in danger. Water i what makes up 70% of earth surface, so this tells me that water is very important and we choose to waist it.
